Our team in Florida completed 22 weeks of Spanish classes! We are so proud of this team! Our Executive Director, Kim Twiss, said "I'm SUPER proud of them. While we aren't fluent, we have a better understanding of the language and can communicate better with our associates and residents who do not speak English. Just one more way we are, "Building Great Relationship", "Improving it", "Being Genuinely Helpful", "Owning it" and especially "Aiming High."
Summer of Service at FirstService Residential has been a HUGE success! At FirstService Residential we value feedback. Our associates' personal experience and engagement with our organization are essential. With their feedback, we can improve upon both the associates' satisfaction and our customers' satisfaction. Upon reviewing these anonymous submissions one by one, we take action and set up listening sessions with department leaders and implement best practices and potential changes to processes based on what our associate's had to say! FirstService’s 2022 Summer of Service is off to a strong start. With one month under our belts, we are encouraged to hear so many members of our FirstService family have already engaged in thoughtful acts of service, large and small. As the summer hours keep getting longer, make the most of them by taking some time to do something good for others.
