We recently invited Dr. Alice Shillingsburg to share her work on the importance of rapport-building within ABA programs for Autistic children. As we continually work to make our overall approach compassionate and neurodiversity-affirming, her research gives us specific procedures on how we can do this while building rapport with clients. Thank you for sharing your time and insights with our FirstSteps clinicians, Dr. Shillingsburg!
