When the need for blood donations rose this summer, our Cincinnati-based employees gave in a GREAT way. In just two days, we donated enough blood through Hoxworth Blood Center to help save 483 lives — an incredible reminder of the impact we can make together.
Our summer interns got an inside look at what makes underwriting an important part of our business — and had fun building professional connections. From spotting potential risks in “Great American Town” to connecting with peers at a Meet & Mix, the interns gained hands-on experience and found meaningful opportunities to build their networks. We’re proud to help the next generation of talent grow, connect and discover what makes Great American a great place to start a career.
Our interns kicked off the summer with insightful conversations about career growth, lessons learned and what it’s like to build a future in insurance. They heard from early career professionals who were once in their shoes and walked away with practical advice, new connections and fresh inspiration for what’s ahead! #BeHereBeGreat
