Since 2016, more than 230 employees have volunteered with Special Olympics Iowa. Traci took the opportunity to volunteer for the first time. Experience the games with her. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMg34
Our 2019 Annual Meeting was filled with fun, learning, and reconnecting with our partners! We explored the town of Pella and enjoyed a party on the patio at our home office. A special thank you to Holborn Corporation and Chris Norton for presenting. Holborn has worked with us since 1987, so it was great hearing them talk. And when Chris delivered "The Power to Stand," everyone was touched by his powerful message. Except when we were rolling in seats from laughter, there was not a dry eye in the room. Thank you to everyone who came out!

Personal assistant underwriter Jessica Balk traveled (with a little help from Grinnell Mutual!) with 13 Iowa volunteers to Washington D.C. on behalf of Save the Children Action Network. They met with several representatives to discuss child care deserts — areas with few child-care options — and protecting education for children living in conflict zones. We're proud to support Jessica for being an advocate for parents and children! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMEiL
