We have the following position open: Regional Sales Director Location: Seattle, WA Responsibilities: • Manages all aspects of sales and customer service for accounts in an assigned geographic area according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements. • Solicits input prior to providing sales quotes from appropriate field (Operational) and corporate personnel. • Clearly articulates (both verbally and in written form) what services HCSG will provide under the contract. • Attains signed contracts, collective bargaining agreements, MOUs and all other relevant documentation prior to and following contract execution. • Provides leadership, support and guidance to Districts to ensure contract terms and customer service expectations are met. • 90% travel required.

We have the following position open: Accounts Receivable Administrator Location: Bensalem, PA Responsibilities: • The timely and accurate processing of all documentation related to invoicing, billing and the application of payments and credits. • Access various Bank websites to track EFT, ACH, & other wire transfer transactions on a daily basis. • Working under the guidance of the AR Manager and Director of Financial Services to provide support to HCSG’s sale and operations team as well as to HCSG’s clients. • Working with the Financial Services group to provide support to ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable.
We have the following position open: Payroll Union Administrator Location: Bensalem, PA Responsibilities: • Enter accurate data into the employee's master electronic file in the HR/Payroll software for all new employees, benefit enrollments and union dues. • Prepare and process payroll changes in accordance to policies and collective bargaining agreements. • Compile data and reports for the annual or union designated audit period.
