We are thrilled to share the news: Husco has been named a Top Workplace for the 13th consecutive year in SE Wisconsin! Husco was also named a Top Workplace in the USA earlier this year. Why is this award so special? Because it’s not just about numbers or metrics — this award is earned by positive employee feedback. The appreciation for our culture, support of the vision, and positive feedback from the team have earned us this spot for the last 13 years. The Top Workplace awards are conducted by Energage, an employee survey firm and a partner of the Journal Sentinel. To be eligible for the Southeastern Wisconsin award, an employer must have 50 or more workers in southeastern Wisconsin and have 35% or more employees respond to the survey. “Being honored with a Top Workplaces award is a distinctive mark of excellence, setting companies apart in a recognizable way,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “Top Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, is a point of immense pride for company leaders.” Read more about the 2024 award on JSOnline.com.

On Tuesday November 28, 2023 , Gus and Becky Ramirez visited Husco’s Runcorn, England facility for a ribbon cutting to launch our new and improved Next Gen Paint Line. This new line, a £1.1m investment, doubles the capacity of the current line and offers improved paint adhesion, auto dosing, as well as fluid monitoring to ensure consistent results. This line design also saves energy by repurposing the heat generated from the curing ovens to heat the pre-wash stations. This innovative solution will reduce the facility’s CO2 emissions and continue to move Husco forward on the path to sustainability. We’re thankful for the work of the various suppliers, contractors, and Husco employees who worked alongside one another to make this large-scale project a reality. #Husco #BeGoodDoGoodWin
