Hear two stores: 1) an agent helping someone who had experienced a brain injury get access to needed benefits and services and 2) an agent shares how an unhoused woman was able to prove her identity to gain access to the unemployment benefits she needed.

On December 1, 2021, ID.me announced it has appointed Erin Teague to its Board of Directors. Teague’s experience leading the development of consumer-friendly technology will strengthen ID.me’s commitment to “No Identity Left Behind”, simplifying how all individuals securely prove and share their identity online. Teague currently serves as Google’s director of product management at YouTube, where she leads several product verticals, including Racial Justice and Sports. She is also responsible for creating the YouTube Virtual Reality (VR) app, which is top-rated across VR platforms. For over 15 years, Teague has led product teams to build best-in-class consumer experiences.

Benedict’s successful track record as a product leader and technology innovator focused on personalization will accelerate ID.me’s mission of providing trusted digital identity to all. Benedict brings more than 20 years’ leadership experience with major technology companies. In his most recent role leading product management for personalization at Amazon, he used artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to create, launch, and scale new e-commerce experiences.
