Our #Belfast office has unanimously chosen their charity for the year @Aware NI. It is an extremely difficult time for so many people and by choosing AWARE, the office will be helping to support those in Northern Ireland affected by depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. This charity continues to try and provide support for those who need it the most and by raising funds we can help them move their support services online. At a time where we have all been working from home for the best part of a year and social interaction has been significantly reduced due to distancing measures, it is apparent that the Belfast office recognises more than ever the importance of looking after not only our physical but our mental health. Choosing a mental health charity demonstrates this commitment to tackling and supporting positive mental health to all staff. #insideiqeq

This month long challenge involves walking up Val des Terres 115 times (the equivalent of Mount Everest) to raise money for the Sarah Groves Foundation and Mind Guernsey.
