In 2022, we announced the J.B. Hunt Scholarship Program for Families and in its inaugural year we awarded a total of $250,000 to 100 recipients. The J.B. Hunt Scholarship Program for Families is supported by Scholarship America and is an application-based program available to children or grandchildren of J.B. Hunt employees.

We are focused on shaping the future leaders of the supply chain and are excited to introduce the J.B. Hunt Transport Department of Supply Chain Management at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas! This collaboration between J.B. Hunt and the Walton College is an investment in the future of the industry and will provide support for students to study inclusion, sustainability, thought leadership, education and innovation.

Introducing our new employee resource group, CAAPITAL, Cultivating Asian American Pacific Islander Together as Leaders! We are thrilled to add a sixth ERG to the group that will focus on supporting and enabling AAPI employees, as well as, giving everyone a safe place to share ideas, gain experiences and provide mentorship. Newly named President of CAAPITAL and SVP of Engineering & Technology, Vana, says CAAPITAL will give all employees a chance to “see the world around you through the eyes of Asian American Pacific Islanders and bring along the change within and around you in order to make J.B. Hunt an even better place to be.”
