Today is a big day for KSA and the City of Selma, Texas! We are cutting a ribbon and officially opening Lookout Road and the bridge over Cibolo creek! KSA’s engineering team including Grayson Cox, Michael Shangreaux, P.E. and many others designed and provided construction oversight for this important project!!
