Meet Dutch. Dutch is all machine – more specifically, a Panasonic TL-2000 welding robot that John Zink Hamworthy Combustion purchased from Valk Welding in The Netherlands (which is where the name Dutch comes from). He works harmoniously with his operator piecing together components and parts that make JZHC's full range of emissions control equipment possible. #RoboWeek

But now, some states and businesses (including us) are taking steps toward providing a second chance for people, like Richard, who have been incarcerated. Richard is now an accountant at Koch Minerals & Trading. He recently shared his story to full-time employment at Koch on NPR's "Here and Now” podcast. His journey illustrates the power of second chance hiring and how it can mutually benefit individuals, companies and communities.
