Every summer, each LBM Advantage office hosts a fun, after-hours family event that gives employees an opportunity to relax, unwind, and spend time together with their loved ones. This year, the Grand Rapids team gathered at a Whitecaps baseball game, where employees and their families enjoyed an evening filled with great weather, good food, exciting baseball, and even better company.

LBM Advantage has officially launched its Women’s Alliance, a new initiative created to foster connection, collaboration, and leadership development for women across our member network and the lumber & building materials industry. The program is designed to provide meaningful opportunities for networking, professional growth, and peer engagement. We’re proud to see this initiative gaining attention and momentum across our co-op and are looking forward to hosting our September 3rd panel discussion featuring Moderator, Kelllianne Lundgren Director of Human Resources at LBM Advantage; Louise Eddy, Owner of Saratoga Quality Hardware; Clara Collins, Operations Manager at S.W. Collins Co.; Donna DiMarco, Vice President at Monmouth Building Center; and Ivy Su-Johanson, Director of Purchasing at Spahn and Rose.
