BRING YOUR KID TO WORK DAY >>> Our employee-owners brought their kids to the office for a fun day of exploring what engineering is all about. Through hands-on activities led by teams across the company, they got a behind-the-scenes look at everything from accounting, surveying, and GIS mapping to wastewater resources, environmental science, and even bridge building. It was a great opportunity for the next generation to discover the many ways engineering helps shape the communities we serve while getting a glimpse of the collaborative culture that makes LJA such a great place to work. A big thank you to all of our volunteers and presenters who dedicated their time to making this event engaging, educational, and unforgettable.
