Every holiday season for the past 36 years, LMIers have taken part in a luncheon to benefit Children's National Hospital and its mission to support kids in Washington, DC, and beyond with life-changing medical care and research Co-hosted by LMI’s employee resource groups, this annual event brings LMIers together to share a meal and contribute to the Children’s National Hospital Foundation. In celebration of Black History Month, LMI hosted a facilitated panel discussion focused on African American artists. Our panelists included Donavan Lyons, a Senior Consultant in Graphic Design at LMI, Kim Richards, a self-taught artist who practices techniques used by the old masters and other inspiring artists in her paintings, and B/ue Robin, a creator who uses various mediums such as acrylic on canvas, woodburning designs, and digital creations to spread love and promote healing. We are proud to recognize the achievements and contributions of African American champions who have inspired others to achieve great success in the arts and beyond.
