We recently hosted a vibrant event featuring Ululani’s Shaved Ice—authentic Hawaiian shaved ice that brought a burst of tropical flavor to our beautiful water-front Lake Seminole Square! Open to both residents and employees, the gathering was a sweet celebration of summer and togetherness. With colorful, icy treats in hand and smiles all around, it was our way of saying thank you to the incredible team that makes everything possible. We love our employees and were thrilled to share this refreshing experience with them! 🌺

This year’s Safety Week celebrated that culture through engaging activities, education, and recognition. The week began with team reflections on “Why Safety?”, where staff shared heartfelt insights about the importance of a secure workplace. The Safety Picture Fun Cart brought laughter and learning together, turning safety gear into photo-worthy moments. Midweek, each team member signed a Safety Banner as a pledge to vigilance, followed by a lunch to honor their dedication. The Safety Fair was the centerpiece, offering hands-on learning in AED use, infection control, PPE, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and more. Each station equipped staff with practical tools to enhance safety across the community. The week concluded with the naming of Safety Champion Garren! , whose commitment set a high standard for all.
