This June, we rolled out our first of a series of virtual speaking sessions featuring leaders from our community partner organizations. These sessions, coined "The Post", aim to enlighten our team about community issues, showcase diverse leadership, and offer valuable career insights. By fostering these discussions, Lamar Media proves its commitment to inspiring altruism, promoting representation, and providing informal professional development opportunities. This month, we had the pleasure of speaking with Habitat for Humanity's Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, Charlita Stephens-Walker. Our team learned about Charlita's inspirational journey navigating both non-profit and for-profit sectors. We also gained insights into the key skills she leveraged to positively impact her professional growth and her community.
