We ❤️ our Veterans and service dogs! Our VALOR (Veterans at Lear Offering Resources) employee resource group hosted an event on our Southfield campus with the Veteran Service Dog Organization (VSDO), a non-profit organization that trains and provides service dogs to U.S. Military Veterans. Lear is proud to support this great organization by donating and helping raise awareness about the importance of service dogs for Veterans to both their mental and physical health.

Ready, set... pitch! Our summer interns participated in a Shark Tank-inspired pitch competition to present innovative ideas to and be judged by the “sharks” – our senior executive team. The interns were divided into four teams and the judges chose a winning idea and team. Hats off to this year’s winners and to all our interns! #OneLear

As part of the Mexico National Vaccination Campaign, more than 25,000 inoculations (and counting) have been administered to employees and local residents at our plant in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. We applaud our team for all their hard work and dedication to helping keep our employees, families, and communities protected and healthy! #OneLear
