We’re proud to celebrate a major milestone in our journey! Since our IPO in July 2016, Limbach has become a powerhouse in revitalizing mechanical/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. We now have over 1,300 team members in 19 offices partnering with building owners to keep their mission-critical systems going. Through consistent execution of our strategy, we have successfully grown our higher margin Owner Direct revenue at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19.3% over the past five years (2019 to 2023) while delivering strong financial performance. Over this same time period, we’ve expanded the total gross margin to 23.1% from 13.0%, fueling a three-fold increase in Adjusted EBITDA Margin to 9.1% from 3.0%. Our strategic focus on organic growth, expanded service offerings, and acquisitions has bolstered our position in the market.
