Introducing our 2023 PM Academy Cohort! Last week our team members from across the country came together to kick off this 8-month training program. PM Academy is a program designed for Project Engineers across the company to introduce and reinforce critical soft and technical skills. The curriculum includes the entire lifecycle of a project, including Change Management, Risk & Contract Terms, Scheduling, Labor Productivity, Baseline Meetings, and Cash Management. In addition, the course content also emphasizes a PM’s need for emotional intelligence, active listening/action learning, decision-making, and engaging with org strategy and company direction.
