In the heart of Northern Italy’s Biomedical District, our Mirandola site is more than just a production hub—it’s a place where early-career professionals take their first steps in shaping life-changing medical technologies. For three consecutive years, LivaNova has been ranked among Universum’s Most Attractive Employers for STEM Careers in Italy—moving from #137 in 2023 to #127 in 2025. Each year, LivaNova hires between 15-20 early-career professionals (technicians and engineers) into various departments, supported by competitive salary plans and professional development opportunities.
At LivaNova, we believe that meaningful impact starts with small actions. During a recent Town Hall in Japan, team members came together to promote sustainability through two inspiring initiatives. First, a community-driven item exchange encouraged colleagues to bring unused household items and give them a second life. Then, teams collaborated to develop simple, actionable sustainability ideas—ranging from waste reduction to energy saving—that anyone could start implementing right away.
