The shelves just got a little more full at the Community Services League of Independence Christmas store. Workplace health and safety are our #1 priority as a company. We don't just promote it - we live it! We have a very active wellness community at MEM, so we were excited to find out that the spouse of our medical services manager, Frank Shock, was selected to share his wellness success story in this video from Vitality.
If you asked our employees, many of them would say that the best thing about working at MEM is being part of an organization that truly cares about its customers and community. Our Safety Grant program awards selected customers with a dollar-for-dollar match up to $10,000 to purchase workplace safety equipment. Watch this short video to learn why we do it.
Training and development are just some of the ways we invest in our employees. Congrats to the Sales team for becoming certified in The Wedge selling strategy! Now, they'll be able to share their expertise with our agent partners as well.
Yesterday, a team of Safety Fanatics and family members participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Columbia. Thanks to employee contributions, a baked good auction, and a partial fund match from MEM, the team raised almost $1,100 for the cause.
