Masonite donated microscopes to Tampa Bay Watch in Pinellas County, FL through our We Help People Walk Through Walls community grant program. All Masonite employees are encouraged to nominate meaningful local initiatives in the communities where we live and work that could benefit from some financial help. The microscopes will be incorporated into offsite field trips to bring marine science education to Title 1 schools in the Tampa Bay area.

Masonite awarded Lutheran Services Florida a grant to go toward creating hope kits for refugees and immigrants. These kits are filled with toiletries and hygiene products, helping to ensure the recipients are able to care for themselves and their families as best they can. These bags will certainly make an impact on the lives of those trying to find their footing.

Studies show organizations with gender diversity in leadership achieve higher performance levels. At Masonite, our MLT is 25% female and account for 20% of our Board of Directors.
