McCormick Foods Australia has been taking the annual Flavor Forecast Report a step further since 2013 through an exciting partnership with the Home Economics Institute of Australia (HEIA). Every year we come together for the HEIA McCormick Flavor Forecast Recipe Challenge, and it's now become a leading initiative in Australia's food education landscape, bringing global flavor trends into the classroom for high school students. The program challenges students to think creatively, apply real-world skills, and explore storytelling through food. Beyond the classroom, the program celebrates teachers and rewards students with meaningful recognition, all while supporting McCormick’s Purpose and its ambition to create global flavor experiences that make life more flavorful. Recently, McCormick India came together for a dedicated "Day of Learning" as part of McCormick's Global Development Week, reflecting our commitment to continuous learning and growth. The activities were intentional, practical, and directly connected to how we perform and grow as a business. From an honest leadership discussion on staying relevant in a fast-changing world, and a hands-on AI session, to speed mentoring, it was a day that had something for everyone. The day also created space to recharge, reinforcing that mental clarity and mindfulness are essential professional capabilities that sustain high performance. Through our Power of Giving initiative, colleagues also painted pebbles with messages of hope and positivity — small gestures designed to extend impact beyond the workplace and into the community.
