A few weeks ago a part of our Meherrin on Mission team and members from C12 were able to visit growing churches in Honduras. ICM, International Cooperating Ministries, are striving to build churches in Honduras walking distance for all communities. To reach the unreached and share the love of Christ. We had the privilege of Bridgeway Consulting coming and influencing our young, growing Meherrin Team. The course went over how to be a Highly Effective Supervisor and what it means to be a Good Leader. After hearing everyone's feedback and participation the future looks very bright for Meherrin! The past two weeks we had Catapult Health come and conduct check-ups and private consultations with some of our employees at three locations. A long with the check-ups each employee who participated received a gift, and we had a drawing for fitness watches. Congratulations to our lucky winners! Can't wait for the next Health Clinic event! Last week we had the opportunity to have Bridgeway Consulting come and speak with some of our growing future leaders through our Optimal Leader Program. We have been honored to continue this affair for eight years and it has been growing more and more each year. Through the next 6 months, this two day event will go over many aspects of leadership, what leadership means, and how you are a leader to others in different ways.
