The last day of July's got us thinking back to our Summer Sales Meeting in beautiful Colorado Springs last month! With our sales force working across all areas of our North American region, we know how important it is to bring everyone together at least once a year to connect with one another, their peers from Aliso Viejo HQ and Gig Harbor, as well as to hear important business updates and plans for the 2nd half of the year from our leaders. Add to that some fun icebreakers, team-building activities, casual and formal dinners, and so much more... we hope that everyone enjoyed that time together as much as we did! Thank you to everyone in our sales force for putting in the hard work every day helping us continue to support our practitioner customers and their patients!

"Give me a B! 😊 A big shout out to our EMEA region where, in March, they installed additional car charging ports to our head office facility, as well as over 800 solar panels to our production and office buildings! Although B Corp month has officially come to an end, it's far from over for us. We are committed to continuing to go above and beyond to find better ways of working, more sustainable business practices, and having a positive impact on the world. Thank you, team. A couple of weeks ago our leadership team and a few team members from our Gig Harbor, WA facility spent an afternoon volunteering at the Tacoma Rescue Mission—an organization that provides Help, Hope, and Healing to the most impoverished members of the local community. The team helped cut, prep, and serve a meal, and spend a day supporting TRM and those whom they serve in the best way they can, by showing up. Team members were able to use one of two Volunteer Time Off (""VTO"") benefits we offer each year so that they could disconnect from work to reconnect with the community without using their personal time off benefits. Time for service is super valuable to us as an organization and for many who work here, so when we received direction to bring the VTO benefit to life, it was pretty special. Many years ago, we started the tradition of hosting an annual Gratitude Lunch in the weeks leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday, where our leadership team across the North American organization served a delicious, Thanksgiving-inspired meal to employees. It's one of our most looked-forward-to events of the year not only by our people but by our leaders, because it's an opportunity where they can show their deep appreciation and gratitude for team members who work year-round to help the organization grow, and thrive, and strive each day to make an impact in people's lives. To our team members across Metagenics: thank you, all of you for what you do day in and day out to help us bring our mission of helping people live happier, healthier lives. We are about half way through our 12 Weeks to Wellness "Get Healthy. Be Healthy" challenge for our employees, and so far, our group of 85+ participants have collectively lost nearly 90 lbs of fat and a total weight loss of over 70 lbs.
