Her passion for working with long-term residents allows her to form deep connections, making her role incredibly fulfilling. Lauren emphasizes that everyone here supports one another and our residents, creating a positive and fun work environment. With fantastic management, she truly feels at home in our community. Before joining us, Lauren gained valuable experience in hospitals and home health, where she fell in love with this nurturing atmosphere. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!
