Happy 3-year MonArk anniversary to Storm!✨🦋 When asked what she loves most about her job, Storm shared: “Watching the kiddos thrive—seeing their progress, big or small, and knowing we had a hand in building those stepping stones. But it’s not just the clients who flourish, our techs grow and gain confidence too, and that is just as inspiring.” She also reflected on one of the biggest lessons she’s learned: “The power of patience and presence. Progress doesn’t always come in big steps. Sometimes it’s in the tiniest moments, and to capture those we have to be present.” We’re so grateful for Storm’s heart, dedication, and the impact she makes every day. 💙👏

During Open Enrollment for 2025 MonArk ABA was able to reduce our Healthcare cost for our employees by double digits!! MonArk has increased its contribution to 68% which will help lower premiums for employees! Dental & Vision rates have remained the same.
