Medal of Honor is a prestigious award recognizing the top 10% of Maintenance Supervisors at MIMG. This year's recipients traveled to Franktown for a week of learning, networking, and well-earned celebration. The schedule was filled with exciting events, including dinners with executives, presentations from vendors and departments, a tour of the Rocky Mountains, and a bike-building project for a local elementary school. With mentorship as this year's theme, we’re excited to see these supervisors take their new knowledge and skills back to their teams.

Did you know that MIMG owns Monarch Mountain in Salida, CO? Bob Nicolls led the purchase in 2002 and has grown the ski area significantly adding more lifts, parking, equipment, and more. One of the many perks of working with Monarch is passes to the slopes every winter season. This year we celebrate the Mountain's 21st year under Monarch's Management and 84th anniversary of being officially open!
Quentin Mege joined #Monarch in 2014 as an Analyst and was #promoted to Asset Manager, Senior Asset Manager, and now Director of Asset Management. "This current position didn’t exist when I joined Monarch – so I can’t really say that it was what I was working towards as an analyst. But as I grew professionally, Monarch grew as well, offering new opportunities." Quentin encourages anyone looking for the next step in their career to be patient and not rush into a role that may not be a good fit. He also suggests sharing your ambitions with your manager so they can help prepare you with feedback, training, and development needed to get you where you want to be!
