Seventy-five companies to call home
At the end of last year, our technology and product teams had a chance to leave their remote offices behind for a few days and gather at our NCSA HQ in Chicago for an in-person team summit and Hackathon. Teammates were given a chance to work collaboratively to solve real problems our customers and internal teams face, both on-campus and online. Camaraderie was built, awards were earned and progress was made! Giving back to our local communities is a core value at NCSA, and there is no better time to do just that than during the holiday season with our annual Giving Tree! This year we worked with an amazing local Chicago Public Elementary School to bring cheer and joy to 46 young students in need. NCSA teammates logged 192 volunteer hours between gift wrapping and gift drop off and donated over $4,400 in gifts! Last week was our annual NCSA Turkey Bowl! A week's worth of events, capped off by our company softball tournament. Congratulations to the 2022 champions, the Strasman Snipers! We weren't just competing for bragging rights, but for charity as well. We raised $5,000 for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, PAWS Chicago, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Center for Suicide Awareness. Thanks to everyone on the NCSA and IMG Academy teams for such a tremendous week!
