Meet Monica from our team in India. She interned with us before joining Nutanix as a new college grad 3 years ago. Today, as a Member of Technical Staff 4 on our Platforms team, she works on a wide array of projects that have tested her grit, ranging from software that is used in Day 0 bootstrapping, to working on Intentful APIs and redesigning our API structure. What drives her passion? She says, "The opportunity to speak my mind and the freedom to innovate. Thanks to all our employees who joined us for our first Global Women's Conference where we explored what redefining leadership means in the context of an inclusive workplace. The last 2 days were filled with 13 inspiring and educational sessions from 30+ speakers on topics like inclusive leadership, allyship, cultural gender roles, career development & more.
