3 things employers should take away from our EBN conversation on cardiometabolic care 👇 1. Provider visits set direction, but members still need support turning guidance into daily practice. 2. Members experience chronic conditions as interconnected, yet benefit structures view them in silos. 3. Even when habits change, members still face a noisy, emotionally charged food culture daily. How are these emerging realities impacting your current approach? https://lnkd.in/evFeKj2d #EmployerBenefits #Cardiometabolic #BenefitsStrategy

At the doctor, there's a plan. In life, there's everything else. Work. Stress. Meals. Competing priorities. Provider visits set the GLP-1 journey in motion, but how patients navigate between those visits is where outcomes are won or lost—and 2 in 3 patients say they want more support there. This is the gap Omada is built to close. Get insights into what GLP-1 patients are contending with and why it matters. https://lnkd.in/evFeKj2d #BetweenVisits #Cardiometabolic #Members

The relationship between muscle loss and GLP-1s is… complicated. New data from Omada’s Insights Lab shows that with the right support, people on GLP‑1s are not just losing weight—they’re changing how they move, function, and feel in ways that traditional metrics often miss. Medication persistence refers to remaining on medication for the prescribed duration. Omada members reported 94% persistence through 12 weeks and 84% through 24 weeks — higher than the steep drop‑off often seen in other real‑world evidence. These numbers underscore a simple point: when digital tools are paired with clinical‑grade support and integrated cardiometabolic care, members are supported to stay the course on GLP-1 therapy and achieve results that can last. We're proud to share that these findings were recently featured in Medscape. The takeaway is simple. Pairing evidence‑based tools with high-quality, proven care is what can transform short‑term engagement into long‑term health outcomes. Read more: https://lnkd.in/evQBc2bf

Primary care providers often have limited bandwidth and patients have unmet needs. That’s what we continue to hear when we listen to patients, as we did in our new GLP-1 patient experience survey. Omada’s between-visit care model meets members where they are and fills that gap in care. Read our full breakdown of the survey results to see what else we learned and what benefits leaders should glean. https://lnkd.in/dpNQNvYQ

Juneteenth is both a celebration of freedom and a reminder of the unfinished work of equity—and that work is deeply connected to healthcare. Black communities continue to face disproportionate burdens from conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, shaped by historic and ongoing inequities in access and care. Today, we honor the resilience, leadership, and contributions of Black communities, and we pause to reflect on how a more just, equitable future can support better health for everyone. hashtag#Juneteenth hashtag#CelebrateFreedom hashtag#BlackHistory
