Our recent partnership with Being At Full Potential enabled us to help our employees assess their talent, measure their potential and assign them to a job role where they can excel! Uma Iyer, Assistant Manager, Learning & Development shares her thoughts on the program: Progress is achieved when you dare to venture into the unknown. And in order to do that, you need a torch; Being at Full Potential was that guiding light for me. The survey asked important questions that helped me introspect, and sieve my thoughts. I was able to assort what I thought were my strengths, apprehensions, fears, and drawbacks. The survey, and the debriefing that followed, helped me effectively map out my strengths, and my areas of improvement. Here's what our CHRO, Dr. (HC) Guruvayurappan PV had to say: At Omega Healthcare, we have always been committed to nurturing a culture of growth and opportunity for each employee - an opportunity to pursue and build a meaningful career, as opposed to just any other job. We have always strived to make Omega Healthcare a better place to work, intending to inculcate values of respect, sincerity and collaboration in our work culture. We wanted to take this a step forward, and assess our talent based on potential, and not mere performances scores. Partnering with Being at Full Potential helped us evaluate our employees, measure their potential and map them to the right role accordingly. Not only did this allow us to deploy our talent pool more effectively, it also multiplied our consistent efforts to nurture leadership internally. For an organization such as ours, it becomes equally pivotal to prep the next
