The annual honor is based on a comprehensive measurement of American businesses that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture as measured by direct employee feedback through the Quantum Best Places to Work survey. May is Mental Health Awareness Month At One Inc, its our ongoing goal to prioritize the well being of our employees in and out of the office. Part of our quarterly Health and Wellness Reimbursement allows financial relief for employees to enroll in therapy, fitness memberships and many other wellness programs. This program is important as we continue to support and motivate our employees to take care of their well being while giving them the space to do so. This month is important to One Inc as we continue to educate one another on mental health outlets, listen to our employees and spread awareness on the importance of destigmatizing mental health.
