We were excited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the City of Tillamook's and ODOT's $25 million roadway improvement project. Otak designed the project and provided construction management, stormwater treatment, and landscape architecture services. This project provides great value to the Tillamook community through improved traffic flow, pedestrian connectivity, and safety improvements, and it continues downtown revitalization with the new streetscape and aesthetics.
