We were honored to take part in the OYE Latinx Youth Conference, a day filled with workshops, performances, and meaningful conversations. Through bilingual creditâeducation sessions and our resource table, we connected with attendees around accessible banking options and tools that support their financial journeys.

Holiday magic in action! Our Patelco team joined the Family Giving Tree gift wrapping event at our Dublin HQ and set a new record â 800 presents wrapped for kids and families across the Bay Area. We're proud to support Family Giving Tree's mission through volunteer efforts and a grant that helps purchase gifts and supplies. Over the past three years, this partnership has delivered 1,900 presents, plus our annual backpack drive each summer. Thank you to the 73 team members who made this Patelcoâs biggest volunteer event of the year. Together, weâre spreading joy and making a difference in our community!

From sharing dishes that tell family stories to vibrant cultural attire, music, and dancing, it was a beautiful reminder that diversity is at the heart of who we are. Highlights included inspiring stories from senior leaders, a Q&A with CEO Erin Mendez, a Wellness Expo, and recognition of those who live our SPEERIT values: Service Passion, Engagement, Empowerment, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Teamwork.
