Say hello to our 2023 Summer Hire Program Interns! Our CEO, Terry Jennings, and President, Doug Scalf, kicked off the summer by telling the story of PeopleTec’s founding, core values, technical competencies, and giving vital career advice. There is a full agenda lined up for our interns with opportunities to learn from PeopleTec subject matter experts through our Continuous Learning Program as well as dedicated mentors to ensure interns are getting hands-on experience in the professional world. PeopleTec employee-owner, Armando Guerrero, visited Albertville Elementary School to discuss the functions and job duties of a Cybersecurity Specialist as well as teach students best Cybersecurity practices when online. We had an EGG-CELLENT morning because PeopleTec hosted our annual ESOP breakfast! Our ESOP Employee Communications Team (EECT) provided (E)ggs, (S)ausage, (O)range juice, and (P)otatoes to Huntsville employee-owners. In Colorado Springs, Military Operations Specialist-Lead, Dr. Brenda Miller, made breakfast burritos. In El Paso, employee-owners enjoyed a traditional South of the Border style Desayuno for the ESOP 301. PeopleTec’s EECT acts as a resource to Team PeopleTec by ensuring employee-owners are educated and enthusiastic about all things ESOP. PeopleTec is 100% employee owned. Our culture has always been about putting people first and delivering technical excellence to our customers in support of the Warfighter. The Technology Always 2023 Offsite provided the team an opportunity to collaborate and plan technical initiatives for the upcoming year. 💡⚙️ Our Tech Fellows are Subject Matter Experts in their respective fields and provide our customers with access to valuable knowledge and highly technical capabilities, and ensure that PeopleTec is at the leading-edge of the technical frontier.
