PeopleTec's IT Department Wins CMMC Challenge at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic’s Tech Bridge! We participated in the Palmetto Tech Bridge (PTB)’s Prize Challenge Rodeo hosted by the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic. NIWC Atlantic reviewed suggestions and ideas from industry that can jumpstart innovation. The first phase included over 250 submissions from individuals and organizations, including one from our IT Department (specifically, Edward Mullins, IT Compliance Manager) in the category of CMMC Barrier Reduction Approach for Small Business and Academia. The second phase included an evaluation phase that involved an in-person presentation followed by a question-and-answer session from NIWC Atlantic. Mullins traveled to Charleston to present our solution and was selected as one of four winners in the CMMC category.

PeopleTec is proud to be a recipient of the Seven Seals Award and recognized as a 2022 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award nominee. It was an honor for PeopleTec Vice President, Brandon Martinez, to attend Colorado's Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Committee’s Annual Employer Awards ceremony. It’s important that PeopleTec supports the National Guard and Reserve military personnel by facilitating and supporting our employee-owners when they are called upon for military duty; the reserves are 40% of the nation's military capability.
