Our very own Bryan McCormick kicked off this year's Arizona Total Rewards Association conference, giving the keynote address and encouraging TR professionals to drive their HR departments toward building a new and better value proposition for their employees. "Would your employees say they get what they put into their organization? Would they say they feel like they belong and are connected to the purpose? If so, you've arrived at a new value proposition. Last Friday, Oct 11th, we celebrated National Coming Out Day. Every member of the LGBTQ community has a unique coming out story and we brought together a group of associates (and friends!) to share theirs. During this real-talk event, we heard about the courage and emotional strength it takes to come out and questions were not only welcomed but encouraged.
