SHe began her career in sales, quickly distinguishing herself as a top-performing Community Sales Director before transitioning into operations as a Executive Director. Her passion for people, culture, and measurable results naturally propelled her into regional leadership, where she now supports multiple communities with strategic guidance, operational expertise, and a resident-first approach.
