This initiative provides them with the opportunity to receive advice from professionals with diverse experiences and be inspired by different managerial styles. In the end of January, we'll kick off the program alongside Ticiana Kobel, our Global DEI Sponsor, and our three female board members Marie-Helene AMETSREITER, Jann Brown, and Janet Ashdown. What are refractory products? Our refractory products are the basis for our modern society: for cars, smartphones or buildings. They are indispensable wherever industrial high-temperature processes, usually above 1,500°C, are used, for example in the steel, cement, non-ferrous metals and glass industries.
