Meet Emily Gentry and Taylor Tharp ⟶ Two colleagues who work together on our Baltimore stewardship committee and use their passion for #volunteering to make a difference. “We are really focused on incorporating the volunteering aspect into the new hire experience. As part of two day new hire orientation, we take the new hires out to do a volunteer activity. It’s a great opportunity for the new hires to get to know each other and allows time to connect over things you wouldn’t get the opportunity to otherwise,” says Senior Specialist Emily Gentry.
