There have been many ups and downs with COVID, but our healthcare workers have unwaveringly been there for us all. This holiday, Real Chemistry created a moving remake of an iconic carol using the clangs, claps & sounds of the world’s 7PM cheers as instruments, in an act of appreciation. It’s not just music, it’s a symbol to every health care worker that we will never stop cheering you on. Watch the stories, listen to the full song & share the love. Real Chemistry continues to thank all healthcare workers, and everyday heroes, for all they do.
What a year 2021 has been, and while the end of the year often comes with over-time hours, holiday parties, and last-minute requests, this year all those demands are on top of the existing sentiment of burnout being felt across the industry. In this week's PRWeek podcast, Real Chemistry's Casey Cole, Kathleen Pirro, and Jaimie Proscia joined PRWeek's Gideon Fidelzeid to discuss how we're all impacted by burnout at individual and organizational levels. Plus, they’ll share how employees, and their organizations can prioritize mental health and rest instead.
As we head into the end of 2021, Real Chemistry has a lot to reflect on and be grateful for. Not just for this past year, full of new opportunities and challenges, but also the past 20 years of our company’s history. We are extremely proud of the company that’s been built—how we’ve evolved, all the wonderful colleagues and clients we’ve worked with, and all that’s to come. While change is inevitable, it’s been fantastic to see how throughout our transformation a few commons threads have held true; namely that alone, we can be game-changing, but together, we can be life-changing. Cheers to 20 years, and onward to the next chapter! Follow us on Twitter (@RealChemistry_), Instagram (@real.chemistry), and LinkedIn for more 20th anniversary content. #RealChem20th
Real Chemistry is excited and honored to be recognized not once but twice for creating a positive, inclusive, and flexible workplace. Thanks to MM+M and PRWeek, and the biggest thanks to our people who make our workplace stand out as extraordinary. #LifeatRealChem
