One of our company priorities is connecting our therapists throughout the country so they can be resources for each other. Through CORE, our new-employee mentoring program, new therapists are paired with more seasoned clinicians to build a relationship throughout the first few months of their RV careers. Mentors develop a personalized plan with the mentee's expectations and then establish goals. It is a structured program with set activities starting within the first two weeks of employment.
