We’re proud to highlight Richard Baratta, Ph.D., P.E., a professional engineer licensed in 12 states, an ACTAR-accredited Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist, Bosch Certified Crash Data Retrieval Technician and Analyst, and racing enthusiast. Dr. Baratta, who provides expertise for Rimkus clients on a broad range of subjects from injury biomechanics to high performance racing automobiles, recently celebrated a tremendous milestone. Earlier this year, he completed his 500th testimony under oath, to include depositions, trials, and arbitrations. We’ve dubbed this accomplishment the Rimkus 500 in his honor – Dr. Baratta was on track to complete the significant milestone in Q3 but zoomed past it earlier than expected in April. “Rimkus’ global footprint has allowed me to give testimony from Mexico to New York, and I’ve testified on a breadth of civil and criminal cases, ranging from low-speed vehicles accidents to high-profile homicides,” said Dr. Baratta.
