Today is National Medal of Honor Day, and we’d like to recognize our nation’s heroes. Those who earn a Medal of Honor heroically went above and beyond the call of duty in serving our country. The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration in the United States. The first Medal of Honor was awarded in 1843 to Jacob Parrot, and since then there have been 3,507 service members who earned the medal. We’d like to give our gratitude to those who showed courage and sacrifice to our country. 🦅

Today, Saber Healthcare would like to recognize those who serve our country on National Hug a G.I. Day. This day recognizes everyone who serves in the U.S. military. Hug a G.I. Day was founded by Adrienne Sioux Koopersmith in 1996. She chose March 4th because it is the only day that is also a military command: March Forth. We’d like to thank all of those who served—and continue to serve—our country. Thank you! 🦅
