"Being Hispanic is one of the things I am most proud of. My culture represents beauty, love, family, pride, hard work, and many more positive qualities. I am proud to be bilingual, being forced to flip between two different languages (Spanish/English) is a workout for the brain. Regardless of which Hispanic country we come from we all have something in common: We are proud of being Hispanic. " Ana Robinson thank you for sharing your #hispanicheritagemonth story!

Sabre Story: Laura Rae Martinez, Welder Lead at Sabre. Read her remarkable story regarding following her passions below: "While I originally chose to get my Associates in Applied Science to pursue my dream career as a Welder, I also received a Bachelor of Human Services to do Social Work. I have worked in many different settings, from an office doing casework, to being strapped to high beams working structural welding and now, production. Although, my father always pushed for me to stay in an office doing “easy work,” I eventually chose to follow my Welding career goals and have not regretted it. Working for Sabre as a Lead Welder has allowed me the opportunity to develop better leadership skills and greater knowledge of production. Working with diversity in skill sets, knowledge, and culture has broadened my abilities to help others and allows a better understanding of community in the workplace. I look forward to my continued growth in the company and the opportunities provided".
