April is Autism Awareness & Acceptance Month! This week we spotlighted, Brady Kepler, Director of Safety and Compliance at Sabre. Brady and his family started a non-profit organization called The Kase Project, in effort to increase awareness around Autism and raise money for their local community. The guiding light of the organization is their 3-year-old boy named Kase, who was diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder. Celebrate Autism Awareness month with us and help increase acceptance by sharing their mission and follow their organizations efforts below.

With today being the last day of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating Lisa Harrison CCP, PHR, VP of Human Resources. Lisa is one of the most influential leaders at Sabre. She was recently asked to be a part of Chief, a private network for the most powerful women in leadership focused on connecting and supporting women Executive leaders. Learn more about Lisa below: Q: What advice would you give to a young woman entering the industry? Be passionate and own your career choice. There will always be challenges but if you have a passion about how you can inspire others, are open to different perspectives, care about people and their future, think positive intent in everyone, challenge yourself and others, this industry is amazing. I advise other women to keep their focus on their true passion, genuinely care about improving everyone’s future, drive to focus on the long term impact and realize it’s a journey, this industry is extremely rewarding.

Sabre Spotlight: Miescha Hill, Director of Project Management, Utility Division. Miescha began her career with Sabre as a Project Manager, was promoted to Executive PM, and most recently was promoted to Director of Project Management. Her strong leadership skills and 18 years in manufacturing has been paramount to her remarkable success. Her passion for people has enabled her to develop strong relationships with her teams and customers. We're proud of all her accomplishments and are happy to celebrate her during #womenshistorymonth
