Today, it's Nelly Montenay's turn to share more about her career. As Head of Science and Testing in our Product Development for Fluid Management Technologies, she supports customers in adopting single-use solutions and using materials science to develop innovative solutions. "Personally, I’ve never felt that my career was hindered because I’m a woman and that’s a credit to our management. Nevertheless, I think it's a shame that we still celebrate Women's Day. It means there are still significant differences between men and women in the workplace, even though I’m convinced that things are changing for the better," says Nelly. The funds are donated to Sartorius’ long-standing partner, the medical-aid organization action medeor e.V.. Sartorius with clear double-digit growth in fiscal 2022 Following extraordinary growth in 2020 and 2021, the life science group Sartorius again outperformed the market in fiscal 2022, achieving its targets for sales revenue and profitability. Both divisions contributed to this development and, according to preliminary figures, recorded double-digit percentage growth in sales revenue and earnings year-over-year.
