Shoutout to another leader on our team: Lead Mentor Technician Jason V. Jason started with Sears Home Services in January 2016. Not only is Jason one of our top appliance technicians, he's also a team leader. Jason respects all his coworkers and is ready to help anytime. His work ethic and confidence allows new hires to grow and feel excited to come to work knowing they have a mentor like Jason only a phone call away. Thank you, Jason, for building a great work environment!

Tech Pablo V. decided to start a career with Sears Home Services over a year ago after a family member referred him to join a great team and learn new skills. Because of his prior customer service skills in sales, Pablo had no problem working on appliances in customers' homes. He soon found that he could provide a greater service working on refrigerators. After working with his manager to advance his skills, I am happy to introduce a new refrigeration tech to the team. Thank you, Pablo, for showing how anyone with the passion to learn can move up within our company.
