Employee Spotlight: Dylan Scott! Dylan has been at See's for over a year. He currently supervises E-Commerce team and we are so lucky to have him on Team See's! We asked Dylan three sweet questions: 🍫 Why do you love working at See's? The energy! See's Candies has always been a company that has valued its employees and customers alike. See's Candies takes a unique approach to employee happiness and engagement and ensures that everyone working on the team feels welcome. It is truly more than a place to work for me, it is a place where work meets family and everyone gets to be a part of the fun! 🍫What is your favorite memory at See's? My favorite See's memory is from when I was a seasonal employee prior to being hired on full time. I remember being a part of a smaller department with only a handful of representatives at the time, and one of the sister departments included me in their potluck. I have been part of potlucks before, but what made this special was the other team going out of their way to include myself and my team. The environment has always been a positive one, leadership and frontline come to bring the happy every day! 🍫 What is your favorite piece of See's? My favorite piece of See's Candies has to be the Scotchmallow. I absolutely adore the fluffy marshmallow and caramel covered in dark chocolate, and lets not forget they also come in delicious limited time flavors that are just as tasty like the Caramel Apple Scotchmallow! YUM!
